BIO: "My name is Selam Gebremedhin. I was born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. I came to the University of California, Santa Cruz as a freshman and I am currently a third year pursuing a bachelor's of Science degree in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology. Additionally, I am an undergraduate researcher in the Sullivan lab here at UCSC, which is interested in the structural events that drive cell division and how these events are coordinated.
